Who handles your information

Localesta operates this website and handles the information you send through it. For questions about your information, contact alan@localesta.com.

When you contact us

The inquiry form asks for your name, email address and message. You can also provide your company and website or Instagram account. We use this information to respond, discuss your request and take steps towards providing a service if you ask us to.

We use our legitimate interests to manage business correspondence and protect the website from misuse. Where your inquiry concerns a potential service agreement, we also process it to take steps at your request before entering into that agreement. Providing the required fields lets us respond; without them, we cannot process the inquiry form.

Services that support the website

Vercel hosts the website and processes technical information needed to serve and protect it, such as IP addresses and request details. Resend delivers inquiry notifications to our business inbox. Our email provider stores that correspondence. These providers process information to support their respective services; their infrastructure may be outside your country.

Retention and marketing

We retain inquiry correspondence while responding to your request, managing any resulting business relationship and meeting applicable record-keeping obligations. We review information and remove it when it is no longer needed for those purposes.

Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list. We do not sell your inquiry information.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use advertising pixels or Google Analytics. The contact form does not require marketing cookies. Hosting services may process technical requests for delivery, security and abuse prevention.

Your choices

Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, or to restrict or object to its processing. Contact alan@localesta.com so we can review your request. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
